We typically deliver within 3-5 business days. To install your plaque, simply clean the surface, peel off the protective backing from the 3M tape, and firmly press the plaque onto the desired location. Please allow 24 hours for the adhesive to set completely.

In the event of loss or theft, immediate replacements are available for Memory Keys purchased with an insurance plan. Eligible customers can receive up to two (2) free replacements. The new QR codes will automatically be linked to your existing memorial page.
